- Pull very short segments — highlight-edit logic, not full speeches.
- Hit different parts of the evening — especially winner announcements and cheering / reactions.
- Where a bite works synced to its picture (a speech or pitch moment), keep the visual attached — bonus, not required.
- These get assembled with the gimbal cull Rob already cut.

- Parse each interview: cut gaps + repetitions, straight-through raw cut per speaker, smooth flow.
- Assemble so Rob can drop in bookends, branding, sound design, grade after.
- For any questions, leave a slide-deck placeholder where the question goes.

- Assemble a cut — go as far as he wants. Full edits / music welcome if there's time and he's inspired.
- Don't get lost: keep it in the 60–90+ min budget. Later in the week, lower pressure than Tue.

- Load the 2-cam multicam, sync audio, chronological edit. Straightforward.
- Optional: basic sound design + intro/outro cues. Ascendis logo at end, maybe start.

- Lubo wasn't at the shoot, but the repeats are easy to spot — parse for the best version.
- Make each speaker concise + flowing: remove gaps + repetitions. Raw cut so Rob can add bookends.
